What is it?

A (one man) business or company is also a system, which can consist of multiple systems such as departments and/or teams.
Also within these systems, many dynamics are active.
In the case of a one man business, these exist between the entrepreneur himself and the clients or customers. 
In the case of companies, these are active between functions, within teams, between multiple teams, within the management, with customers or clients, with the parent company, et cetera.
Here too goes that when the basic universal laws have been disturbed, this results at least in unrest, and can possibly escalate to larger problems.
Besides this, every person in an organisation carries his own system, which influences the way someone deals with the dynamics active in a business.

When do you use it?

Constellation work can be used to look at the source of the unrest or problems. When you know the true source, the interventions are much more effective.
It can also be used preventively, to be ahead of possible unrest and problems, for example when a reorganisation is coming up.
As an employee, you can look at your own potential problems with colleagues, manager, or organization. At which part you have brought in from the system and which part is the organization’s own.
When you work as an entrepreneur or freelancer, dynamics are also active. Between yourself, your business, and your clients/customers. The dynamics which you brought in from your family of birth often have a large influence on these dynamics.
